The Harvey’s team is excited to be welcoming Kenny Tutt, MasterChef Winner 2018 to the Lord Nelson from the 24th of June! Kenny is bringing his award-winning grill restaurant Ox Block to Trafalgar Street for its latest residency, after it launched in Brighton’s Shelter Hall last year.

The brand-new menu will be available for lunch & dinner 7 days a week, and customers can expect to find Ox Block’s signature dishes including High Steaks (Sussex 40-day aged sirloin steak, Harvey’s beer braised onions, mustard mayo, Barber’s cheddar & rocket), Gunpowder, Chicken, and the Deep-Fried Oreo.

Kenny explains: “This is more than a dream come true for me…. Ox Block has been so popular with locals & tourists across Brighton, so I’m thrilled to be able to build on this with a wonderful new partnership with Harvey’s Brewery. It’s THE Sussex brewery, and Lord Nelson Inn is one of my favourite Brighton pubs, what could be better than that?”

About Kenny Tutt
Kenny is the chef patron / restaurateur with four restaurants in Worthing & Brighton: Pitch (Worthing), Bayside Social (Worthing seafront, which had a fantastic review from Jay Rayner recently), Ox Block (robata grill concept) in Brighton + now Patty Guys (newly opened smashed burgers in Shelter Hall). He won MasterChef in 2018, and has been a hugely popular winner, returning as a guest judge & also as part of the BBC1 MasterChef Champions of Champions show at the end of last year. Kenny’s cookery is heavily focused on local ingredients & working with the finest Sussex produce.
